Frozen Strawberry Tart
Frozen tart with nut base and creamy strawberry and mascarpone filling sweetened with Best4U.
Ingredients
- 70 g toasted unsalted nuts (cashews and hazelnuts)
- 50 g dates
- 15 g coconut oil
- 300 g strawberries
- 200 g mascarpone
- 24 g Best4U sweetener
- 80 g additional dates
Preparation

Soak dried dates in hot water for 10 minutes.

Place cashews, hazelnuts, dates, and coconut oil in a food processor. Process until you get a coarse sand texture.

Add additional dates and process again until homogeneous. Add mascarpone cheese and mix again until creamy and smooth.

Pour filling over the tart base, cover tightly with plastic wrap, and freeze.

Serve and garnish with some strawberries.
