Creamy light cheesecake sweetened with Best4U, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 5 g Best4U sweetener
  • 250 g light cream cheese
  • 200 ml light heavy cream
  • Sugar-free cookies
  • 100 ml skim milk
  • 10 g unflavored gelatin
  • Butter for the base
  • Fresh fruits for garnish

Preparation

    Crush the cookies and add butter to make a firm tart base. Place in a cake pan.

    Heat the cream, when hot, add the cream cheese and stir constantly to help it melt completely.

    Pour milk into a glass and add gelatin to hydrate. Stir with a spoon until completely dissolved.

    When both are ready, add the dissolved gelatin to the saucepan and stir. Add Best4U sweetener and continue stirring.

    As soon as it boils, pour the contents over the prepared base in the mold. Let cool in the fridge, preferably overnight, and it's ready. You can decorate with fresh fruits.
