Kiwi Sorbet

Refreshing kiwi and pear sorbet, perfect for hot days, sweetened with Best4U.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium ripe kiwis
  • 2 small pears
  • 1 glass of water
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 10 g Best4U Erythritol and Stevia sweetener or 20g allulose with monk

Preparation

    Peel kiwis and pears, and chop. Save a couple of kiwi slices whole for garnish.

    Place in a sealed container and freeze for at least 2 hours.

    Put chopped fruit with ice cubes in a food processor and blend.

    Mix water with Best4U sweetener separately, add to processor, and blend again.

    Ready! Now serve with an ice cream scoop and garnish with a kiwi slice.
