Baked Apples
Sweet and tender baked apples, perfect as a dessert or healthy snack.
Ingredients
- 4 medium apples
- 2 tablespoons Best4U sweetener
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 180°C.

Wash apples and core with an apple corer, leaving the base intact.

Place apples in a baking dish. Mix Best4U sweetener with cinnamon and fill the center of each apple.

Pour water into the bottom of the dish. If desired, add small pieces of butter on top of each apple.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve warm.
