Avocado Ice Cream
Creamy and natural ice cream made with avocado, sweetened with Best4U for a healthy dessert.
Ingredients
- 250 g avocado pulp (2 avocados)
- 200 ml evaporated milk
- 125 ml plain unsweetened yogurt
- Best4U sweetener to taste

Halve avocados, remove pits, and scoop out pulp with a spoon. If you want to use shells later, be careful not to break them.

Place avocado, evaporated milk, yogurt, and sweetener in a blender and blend for about 2 min at high speed. This will help the evaporated milk whip slightly and have more body.

Pour mixture into a freezer-safe container, or into empty avocado halves. If using halves, don't fill to the top, leave a small margin.

Freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring occasionally to prevent ice crystals.

Let sit for 10-15 min before eating, and enjoy!
