Refreshing raspberry jelly dessert with cookie base, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed raspberries
  • 70 g ghee
  • 12 g gelatin
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 200 g Best4U sweetener
  • 1 pack cinnamon cookies
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water

Preparation

    Crush cookies in a plastic bag. Melt butter and mix with crushed cookies in a bowl.

    Grease a large mold and press the cookie mixture into the bottom, refrigerate for 10 minutes.

    Pour 1/2 cup hot water into a container with gelatin and whisk to dissolve.

    Once dissolved, add Best4U sweetener and pour into the prepared mold, refrigerate until set.

    Prepare raspberry jelly in 1 1/2 cups boiling water, mix and let cool.

    Pour jelly into the mold and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until set.

    Cut into cubes and enjoy.
