Pumpkin Fritters

Baked pumpkin fritters with a citrus touch, sweetened with Best4U.

Ingredients

  • 200 g pumpkin puree
  • 30 ml milk
  • 2 M/L eggs
  • 90 g whole oat flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Best4U Allulose and Monk Fruit sweetener
  • Zest of half an orange

Preparation

    Peel and chop pumpkin, boil or steam until soft, and mash until smooth. Let cool.

    In a bowl, whisk pumpkin puree with egg yolks and milk.

    Gradually add oat flour, baking powder, Best4U sweetener, and orange zest.

    In a separate bowl, beat egg whites to stiff peaks. Fold into the mixture gradually.

    Distribute batter into greased molds. Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 25-30 min until golden.
